Account Deletion Policy
At Workdial, we respect your right to control your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so by following the steps outlined below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Currently, you can request account deletion through the following methods:
- In-App: Navigate to Settings > Delete Account. Confirm your choice to permanently remove your data.
- Email Support: Send an email to workdials@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered mobile number for verification.
- WhatsApp Support: Send a message requesting account deletion to our support number: +91 89560 97635. Please message from your registered mobile number.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed from our active databases:
- Your User Name and Profile Picture
- Your Mobile Number
- Your Saved Locations and Job Preferences
- Any messages or history associated with your account
Retention Period
Once the deletion request is processed, your data is removed immediately. Please note that some data may be retained in our backups for a limited period as required by law or for technical recovery purposes, but will not be accessible during normal operations.
